Born and raised in San Francisco, Casey Merryman joined Hamilton Zanze’s Transactions team as an Acquisitions Analyst in 2024. Previously, he was Head of Property Acquisitions for a principal investment shop in San Francisco.

He holds a degree in Urban and Regional Development with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, where he also captained the club lacrosse team. In his free time, Casey enjoys fly fishing, basketball, and grilling.
