Diego Herrarte

Associate

Diego Herrarte is a member of the Asset Management team. He works closely with the operations team across HZ’s urban portfolios to optimize performance and execute strategic planning for each asset.

Diego first joined HZ as a Summer Wheel Intern in 2024 before transitioning to his current role.

He holds a degree in Finance from Menlo College and previously attended City College of San Francisco, where he served as captain of the football team. Outside of work, Diego enjoys surfing and exploring the California outdoors.
