Office Manager

Ed Houtkooper helps HZ’s Investor Relations and Transactions teams work with investors to track and manage the documents required for an acquisition or disposition.

Ed graduated from the University of South Dakota. He retired after 30 years of work in the medical field, then joined the HZ team in 2007.

Ed was raised in South Dakota and moved to San Francisco in 1963. He still calls the city home and enjoys spending time with his six grandchildren.
