Felix Galan

Senior Associate

Felix Galan is a Senior Associate on the Asset Management team. He joined HZ in March 2026 and works closely with the property management and investment teams to optimize portfolio operations, drive net operating income, and execute property-specific business plans and value-add initiatives.

Prior to joining the firm, Felix was in asset management at GID, a leading multifamily real estate private equity firm, where he helped oversee a portfolio of core and core-plus assets across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.

Felix holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Houston Honors College, where he also completed a minor in mathematics. He is currently pursuing the CFA charter and is a Level III candidate.

Originally from Venezuela, Felix now lives in San Francisco with his wife and son. He enjoys spending time with his family and outdoors.
