Janna Cline

Accounting Manager

Janna Cline joined the Hamilton Zanze finance team in June 2025 as an Accounting Manager. In her role, she oversees the financial reporting and audits for HZ’s funds and other investment vehicles.

Prior to joining HZ, Janna worked as Controller for Paramount Property Company, a Denver-based former affiliate of Hamilton Zanze. She brings more than 25 years of commercial property accounting experience to the team.

Janna earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Metropolitan State University. In her free time, she enjoys golf, traveling, cheering for the Denver Broncos, and entertaining with friends.
