Mitch Khurin

Counsel

Mitch joined Hamilton Zanze as Counsel in May 2023. He assists HZ and its affiliates on matters regarding dispositions and acquisitions, leasing and property management, risk management, and operations.

Prior to HZ, Mitch worked at Miller Starr Regalia where his practice focused on commercial real estate transactions including leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions for various commercial asset classes. Preceding this, he worked at Valence Law Group where he advised clients ranging from start-ups to prominent public companies on their transactional real estate needs.

Mitch received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (now UC Law San Francisco), where he served as an Executive Notes Editor on the Hastings Business Law Journal.

He is a native San Franciscan and, in his spare time, enjoys taking trips to wine country, playing pickup soccer, and watching reruns of Better Call Saul.
