Pete Roller

Pete Roller serves as Director of Operations & Client Services on the Investor Relations team. He joined Hamilton Zanze in 2026 and oversees client services and operational strategy, optimizing investor experience and streamlining HZ’s account management.

Prior to joining Hamilton Zanze, Pete worked across executive real estate operations and property technology, most recently serving as Vice President of Operations at Divvy Homes. He specializes in scaling multi-market real estate operations, managing complex platform expansions, and leading cross-functional client service teams.

Pete holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College. Outside of the office, he enjoys DJ’ing, running in Golden Gate Park, yoga and plant-based cooking. Pete lives in San Francisco’s NoPA neighborhood with his wife and two young daughters.
