Scarlet Tam

Scarlet Tam is a Senior Director of Tax on the Hamilton Zanze Finance team. She is responsible for the income tax matters for HZ properties and management companies, including Federal and States tax reporting, tax planning and structuring. She works with national accounting firms and various independent CPAs to provide tax documents and information to our investors.

Prior to joining HZ in 2016, Scarlet was a tax manager for Colony Starwood Homes, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). She also worked as a tax manager for Ernst & Young and specialized in Real Estate Taxation.

Scarlet received a B.A. in Economics from York University and a M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
