Toni-Ann Anderson

Toni-Ann Anderson is a Senior Director with a dual role at Graham Street Realty and Hamilton Zanze, where she focuses on commercial and multifamily asset management and plays a key role in managing projects and initiatives within the General Partner Fund.

Toni-Ann rejoined Graham Street Realty in 2022, having previously spent more than seven years with the firm. During her two-year tenure away, she served as Vice President of Asset Management and ESG at Deutsche Finance America, a U.S.-based real estate private equity firm. There, she
specialized in Class A core office investments and built the company’s ESG platform from the ground up. Earlier in her career, Toni-Ann worked as a corporate accountant for several mid-sized companies before transitioning into real estate.

She holds a B.S. in Business with an emphasis in Accounting and earned a Certificate in Real Estate from the University of Colorado.

Originally from New York, Toni-Ann is an accomplished downhill skier who enjoys chasing fresh powder in her free time. She currently lives in Denver with her husband and two daughters.
