Toni-Ann Anderson

Toni-Ann Anderson is a Senior Director, overseeing portfolio management for the General Partner Fund and focuses on commercial and multifamily asset management. In this capacity, she plays a key role in managing fund investments, strategic initiatives, and value creation across the portfolio.

Toni-Ann rejoined the firm in 2022, having previously spent more than seven years there. During her two-year tenure away, she served as Vice President of Asset Management and ESG at Deutsche Finance America, a U.S.-based real estate private equity firm. There, she worked on a variety of asset classes, including multifamily, hospitality, redevelopment and Class A core office investments, serving a global institutional client base that includes pension funds, family offices, and European retail investors. Earlier in her career, Toni-Ann worked as a corporate accountant for several mid-sized companies before transitioning into real estate.

She holds a B.S. in Business with an emphasis in Accounting and earned a Certificate in Real Estate from the University of Colorado.

Originally from New York, Toni-Ann is an accomplished downhill skier who enjoys chasing fresh powder in her free time. She currently lives in Denver with her husband and two daughters.
