Denver Home Sales Fastest in Nation

Homes in Denver are selling faster than anywhere else in the U.S., according to Re/Max. Homes in the metro are selling after an average of 20 days on the market, compared to the national average of 57 days, according to the July Re/Max Housing Report.

Denver also led the nation for tight housing inventory with a 1.4-month supply of homes for sale, second only to San Francisco. Nationally, the average was 3.9 months.

From July 2014 to July 2015, the median home sales price in the metro increased 11.4%, the fifth highest increase nationwide.
