Albuquerque home sales reached their highest level since 2006 in 2015, and home prices increased 1.10%. According to the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors, 10,928 homes were sold in the metro in 2015, a 15.55% annual increase. The mean home sales price has increased each year since hitting a low of $201,176 in 2011, a total increase of 7.04%.
