Construction Activity and Momentum Rise in Tempe, AZ

Several large construction projects are in the works in Tempe, AZ, notably a $600 million State Farm office complex, which will be the largest office building project in Arizona. Arizona State University is getting a $300 million revamp of its Sun Devil Stadium, and USA Place, a $350 million development set to break ground this summer, will house the headquarters of USA Basketball, a hotel, arena, and retail space.

The development projects are expected to bring jobs and people to Tempe. Tempe’s workforce is expected to grow by 29% by 2020.
