
Denver Home Prices Rise for the 15th Straight Month
In March, the home price index for the Denver area rose 1.4% month-over-month and 9.8% year-over-year. This is the 15th consecutive month of year-over-year growth for Denver and the largest increase since 2001.
Home prices nationwide also continued to rise:
- Home prices in all 20 tracked cities posted annual gains for the third month in a row, with prices rising at double-digit annual growth in 12 out of 20 metros.
- Phoenix again had the largest annual home price increase at 22.5%, followed by San Francisco with 22.2% and Las Vegas with 20.6%.
