Denver Sees Nation’s Largest Home Price Increase

Denver came in first nationally for home-resale price gains in May, according to the latest monthly S&P/Case-Shiller Home Prices Index report.

Denver’s detached single-family home resale prices increased 10% in May — more than twice the average year-over-year gain for the 20 cities included in the report. The metro was first nationally for price gains in April, February, and January and was second to San Francisco in March.
