Portland Home Sales Hit a November High

The Regional Multiple Listing Service recently reported that 1,821 single-family home sales closed in Portland last month—the highest November total since 2006. New listings and pending sales both increased year-over-year by 18% and 5.6%, respectively, although total sales fell 16% drop from October.

Average prices also rose annually to $318,100—a 14% jump from a year ago. Year-to-date, home prices have increased 13.5% from 2012 levels in Portland.
