Property Values at or Above 2007 Highs

Property appreciation has gained momentum over the last several months, and values are currently at or above 2007 highs in almost every major property sector, as measured by the Green Street Commercial Property Price Index.

Cap rates have started to move lower and, combined with interest rates still near historic lows, will continue to push property values higher.
