Reno and Las Vegas in Top 10 “Turnaround Towns”

Nevada’s housing market continues to rebound, as both Reno and Las Vegas scored a spot on Realtor.com’s “Turnaround Towns” list. The list ranks the top MSAs for year-over-year housing market recovery. In Reno, which came in at #2 behind Detroit, median list prices for single-family homes rose 28.2% from a year ago and inventory declined by 19.8%. Las Vegas placed #10 with single-family home prices increasing by 30.8% and inventory falling 16.9%.
