BLS Employment Situation: March 2016

Total nonfarm payroll employment increased by 215,000 in March, while the unemployment rate was slightly increased, at 5.0%, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Retail trade, construction, and health care all saw job gains, while losses continued in manufacturing and mining.
