For a cash investment, the minimum is $50,000.
For a 1031 exchange, the minimum is $100,000.
Cash investments are typically in an LLC partnership, which can be invested in one or more properties.
1031 investments are typically in a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) direct with Hamilton Zanze.
