Idaho Ranks 13th for Single-Family Home Price Gains

In Idaho, single-family home prices in November increased significantly year-over-year, particularly in Treasure Valley (which includes Boise). According to the Idaho Statesman, home prices have increased 9.6% statewide from November 2012, placing Idaho in the 13th spot in the country for home price gains. The national rate was 8.4%.

The Treasure Valley region led Idaho with a 12.4% annual increase, bringing home prices to twice their 2009 level. Prices rose by 6.8% in Coeur d’Alene and 2.5% in Lewiston, but saw slight declines in Eastern Idaho, Pocatello, and Idaho Falls.
