New Mexico Residential Sales and Prices Rise

The Realtors Association of New Mexico has released its Q2 2013 data, and the state’s residential real estate outlook is overall positive. In New Mexico, 4,428 single-family homes sold, an increase of 9% from 2012 and 23% from 2011. In addition, the median home price for June was $179,000, a 4% increase year over year.
