USC Creates Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Development

The University of Southern California (USC) has launched one of the nation’s first bachelor’s degree programs in real estate development. Following years of massive growth, real estate has been elevated to the same investment class as stocks and bonds. The USC program will focus on all aspects of the industry but will put additional focus on urbanization and city trends to prepare for future graduate school specialization. The USC Price School’s long-established real estate graduate program will help facilitate the development of the new degree program, leveraging existing teaching staff in addition to bringing in new faculty.
