Colorado Springs Home Prices Rise 8.2% YOY

Colorado Springs home prices climbed 8.2% year-over-year and 2.1% month-over-month in April.

While home prices in Colorado Springs are growing robustly, they trail the national average, which rose 12.1% year-over-year, the largest increase since 2006. The five states with the largest increases in home prices are: Nevada (24.6%), California (19.4%), Arizona (17.3%), Hawaii (17%), and Oregon (15.5%). The national home price index is still 22.4% below its 2006 peak.
