Denver Home Prices Increase 9.8% in March

Denver area home prices notched an annual growth of 9.8% in March, making it the 15th straight month of year-over-year price gains. February’s home prices rose 9.9% year-over-year. Still, Denver area home prices remain below a 2006 peak.

Nationwide, home prices rose 10.9% in March from the previous year, which is the largest year-over-year gain in nearly seven years. The greatest gains were in Phoenix (up 22.5%), San Francisco (up 22.2%), and Las Vegas (up 20.6%).
