Healthcare Insurers to Hire 900 in Albuquerque

Centennial Care plans to hire 900 workers in Albuquerque. This new influx in hiring will come from three of the plan’s insurers: United Healthcare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico, and Molina Healthcare of New Mexico. Centennial Care’s new hiring is an early response to the Medicaid expansion that will begin in 2014, which will add 170,000 more people to the state’s Medicaid program.
