New Home Sales Climbed in 2015

The housing sector ended 2015 on a strong note as December sales of new single family homes in the United States rose to their highest level in 10 months. The Commerce Department said sales were at their highest level since February 2015 due to increased inventory combined with unusually mild weather. Economists expect the promising growth of the housing market to continue well into 2016.
